The User Conference of 2017 connects the creators and users of three big surveys. Statistics Austria produces the data for EU-SILC, the Household Budget Survey and the Time Use Survey. At the conference, users presented how they used the data for their analyses. The main goal was to create a space where the producers of data (Statistics Austria) and the users (several external researchers) can not only discuss the findings of a publication based upon those surveys, but also discuss the framework settings of a survey and future outlooks.
At the poster session, Statistics Austria presented how these surveys are used in-house for analyses. As a user of the EU-SILC data, we created a poster withfindings from FACTAGE.
