Societies today are changing fast: demographic ageing, lack of resources, ICT improvements, community developments and new forms of local democracy are just a few of these changes. Social services are actively involved in shaping these developments locally across Europe. Within our membership at the European Social Network we have identified practice examples advancing the quality of care and ensuring that support is effective and coordinated at community level.
