Call for Series Curators: AGING & SOCIAL CHANGE

We are seeking curators for thematically-oriented book series. If you are interested in serving as a book series curator we encourage you to submit a proposal.

We will work with you to assist in soliciting titles, navigating the proposal process, and recommending peer reviewers once the manuscript is submitted. You could also create collections of papers drawn from The Journal of Aging and Social Change.

Both single and collective editorships are welcomed.

Your mother’s diet, your immune system and air pollution are among the many factors affecting how long you live and whether you develop Alzheimer’s or cancer. ERC researchers are unravelling the secrets of longevity, exploring ways of adding ‘life to years’ as well as ‘years to life’. (Hint: It helps to be a monk.)

Let’s start with the good news: most Europeans born today will live long lives – on average, 78 years for men and 83 years for women.
