The EuroAgeism project invites you to an online policy event that will discuss the different forms of ageism and strategies to combat with it.
EuroAgeism is a unique multi-disciplinary, multi-sectorial, science-policy international training network (ITN) of researchers, policymakers, and social and health care professionals that aimed to increase understanding and capacity to fight ageism.
The event will showcase the outcome of the project's collaborative work and how these lessons can be applied in future research, policy and practice. In particular, it will aim to:
- Increase understanding of the different forms and impacts of ageism
- Discuss strategies to combat ageism at European, national, sub-national and grass-root levels
- Explore synergies and future actions that can help tackle ageism through law, policy and research.
