Working conditions in long-term care in Austria. The perspective of care professionals

This second Policy brief which is based on the NORDCARE study on the working conditions of the long-term care workforce in Austria addresses the assessment of specific aspects from the perspective of the LTC workforce and highlights those factors that significantly impact their working conditions. This includes the experience of psychological and physical burdens and the application of coping strategies, experiences at the workplace concerning teamwork and autonomous work as well as the future perspectives of the LTC workforce to remain in the sector.
